- Product Authenticity
All products sold through ELSOURCE LLC are guaranteed to be genuine, authentic, and of the highest quality. Any counterfeit or unauthorized replicas will be subject to legal action.
- Product Care and Maintenance
Members are encouraged to follow care instructions provided with each product. ELSOURCE LLC is not responsible for any damage resulting from neglect, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions.
- Exclusive Previews & Events
Invitations to exclusive events, previews, or shows are non-transferable. Members may be asked to present a valid ID alongside their invitation for entry.
- Returns & Exchanges
Due to the exclusivity of our products, returns and exchanges are subject to a stricter review process. Products must be returned in their original condition, with all packaging and tags intact. Any signs of wear or damage may result in the return being rejected.
- Limited Edition & Customized Products
Limited edition or customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes any products that are engraved, monogrammed, or otherwise personalized.
- Pricing & Payment

- Eligibility

- Earning Tiers
Tiers are determined by the cumulative spend or the number of qualifying purchases made within a rolling 12-month period from the date of the first purchase.
Purchases made with store credit, gift cards, or returns do not count toward tier eligibility.

Benefits are tier-specific and can only be accessed by members of the respective tier.
Benefits, especially discounts or offers, cannot be combined unless specified.
- Membership Duration

At El Source, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase you make through our online and in-store platform.
In the event that for whatever reason a customer is not satisfied with their order, they may exercise their right to withdrawal and return the item(s) within 15 days from the item(s)’ delivery date (as tracked by shipping carrier) Customers may choose between a refund or store credit.
Within the same 15 days from item(s)’ delivery date customers may request a refund or an exchange of items of the same model, with a different size or color, if/when available.
(The Security Tag must still be intact and attached to returned item(s), it must not be cut or broken. The right to return or exchange item(s) will only be accepted if all TERMS & CONDITIONS indicated below are respected.)

- Return Process:
Online Purchases: To initiate a return for an online purchase, please contact our customer service team (customerservice@el-source.com) to request a return authorization. Once authorized, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with the return.
In-Store Purchases: Simply schedule an appointment at our Miami’s Showroom and visit us with your original purchase receipt to initiate the return process.
Refund or Exchange: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process either a refund to your original payment method or an exchange for an eligible item of equal value.
Non-Returnable or refundable Items: Certain items, such as final sale items, personalized or customized products, and intimate wear, are non-returnable and non-refundable. El Source reserves the right to refuse applications for returns/exchanges that do not comply with all TERMS & CONDITIONS. In case of non-compliant returns, the merchandise will be returned to the customer at the shipping address specified in the original order, at the customer’s expense.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team (contact@el-source.com) within 3 days of receiving the order. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
Store Credit: If you prefer, we also offer store credit as an alternative to refunds. Store credit can be used towards future purchases on our platform.
