At El Source, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase you make through our online and in-store platform.

In the event that for whatever reason a customer is not satisfied with their order, they may exercise their right to withdrawal and return the item(s) within 15 days from the item(s)’ delivery date (as tracked by shipping carrier) Customers may choose between a refund or store credit.

Within the same 15 days from item(s)’ delivery date customers may request a refund or an exchange of items of the same model, with a different size or color, if/when available.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in perfect and unworn, and unused condition, with all original tags, labels and packaging intact. Return Process:
- Online Purchases: To initiate a return for an online purchase, please contact our customer service team (customerservice@el-source.com) to request a return authorization. Once authorized, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with the return.
- In-Store Purchases: Simply schedule an appointment at our Miami’s Showroom and visit us with your original purchase receipt to initiate the return process.
- Refund or Exchange: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process either a refund to your original payment method or an exchange for an eligible item of equal value.
- Non-Returnable or refundable Items: Certain items, such as final sale items, personalized or customized products, and intimate wear, are non-returnable and non-refundable. El Source reserves the right to refuse applications for returns/exchanges that do not comply with all TERMS & CONDITIONS. In case of non-compliant returns, the merchandise will be returned to the customer at the shipping address specified in the original order, at the customer’s expense.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team (contact@el-source.com) within 3 days of receiving the order. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
- Store Credit: If you prefer, we also offer store credit as an alternative to refunds. Store credit can be used towards future purchases on our platform.
